The phone consult is a brief conversation where we learn about your goals, what's been holding you back, and whether our approach is a good fit. It's low-pressure and helps us both decide on next steps. If we move forward, we'll schedule an in-person evaluation to build your personalized plan.
We're a cash-based practice, which means we don't bill insurance directly. However, we provide superbills that many clients submit to their insurance or use with HSA/FSA accounts for reimbursement. We also offer payment plans to make care more accessible.
We are locatied in: North Oakland and West Oakland. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm Pacific Time. We're closed on weekends. Telehealth appointments are also available if that works better for your schedule.
Most people can schedule a phone consult within 24 hours of reaching out. From there, we'll work with you to find an evaluation time that fits your schedule, often within the same week.
Absolutely. Our approach is built around keeping you active safely while you recover. We'll help you modify training as needed and build a plan that supports both healing and progression toward your goals.
